1. Our Commitment
We believe AI technology should be used to empower creativity while minimizing harm. We actively implement technical safeguards, human oversight, and clear policies to ensure that our platform remains a safe and positive environment. We continuously update our safety systems as AI capabilities evolve.

- Requests specifically designed to reproduce the style, likeness, or distinct creative output of identifiable artists, brands, or creators without fair use justification.
3. Content Moderation Measures
We employ a multi-layered approach to content safety:
- Pre-Generation Filtering: Input prompts are screened through safety classifiers to detect and block potentially harmful requests before generation begins.
- Post-Generation Review: AI-generated outputs are evaluated by automated safety systems before being delivered to the user.
- Rate Limiting: Automated safeguards prevent abuse through excessive generation requests within short time windows.
- Behavioral Analysis: Patterns of usage that suggest policy circumvention or abuse are flagged for review.
- Human Review: Flagged content and reports are reviewed by our safety team for final determination.
- User Reporting: Users can report content that violates this policy through the dashboard or by contacting [email protected].
4. NSFW Content
By default, NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content generation is disabled on ZShip. Attempting to generate explicit sexual content or gratuitous nudity will trigger safety filters. Users who repeatedly attempt to bypass NSFW restrictions may have their accounts suspended.
5. Copyright and DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international legislation.
5.1 Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to [email protected] including:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is infringing and information sufficient to locate it on our platform.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).

5.2 Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the required information as outlined in the DMCA.
6. Content Ownership and Licensing
Content you generate using ZShip is subject to the following terms:
- You own the output generated through your prompts, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
- You are solely responsible for how you use, distribute, or publish AI-generated content.
- You must ensure that your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws, including copyright, defamation, and data protection laws.

7. User Responsibilities
As a user of ZShip, you agree to:

8. Enforcement and Penalties
Violations of this policy result in graduated consequences:
- First Offense (Minor): A written warning with a description of the violation and a reminder of this policy.
- Repeated or Moderate Offenses: Temporary account suspension (7–30 days) and restriction of certain features.
- Severe Offenses: Immediate permanent account termination without refund of credits or subscription fees.

9. Appeal Process
If you believe your content was incorrectly flagged or your account was wrongly suspended, you may appeal the decision:
- Contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Content Policy Appeal".
- Include your account information, a description of the content in question, and your reasoning for the appeal.
- Appeals are reviewed within 10 business days. You will be notified of the outcome by email.
- Appeal decisions are final unless new evidence is presented.
10. Third-Party AI Model Policies
Content generated through ZShip is processed by third-party AI model providers. These providers have their own content policies and safety guidelines that apply in addition to ours. We select AI partners who share our commitment to responsible AI, and we regularly review their safety practices. In the event of a conflict between this policy and a model provider's policy, the more restrictive standard applies.
11. Transparency
We are committed to transparency in our content moderation practices. We may periodically publish aggregate data about policy enforcement, including the volume of content flagged, appeals processed, and accounts actioned, while protecting individual privacy.
12. Updates
This Content Policy may be updated as AI technology, best practices, and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
